The major real estate platforms such as Realtor.com, Zillow, Yahoo Homes, etc. actually get their data from the MLS. The MLS is the most up to date accurate information compared to these real estate search platforms.
- Advertising and marketing is a gamble – Open houses can often time be a great way to sell a property and at the same time can be a waste of time. Sometimes newspaper ads, Craiglist postings, Facebooks Marketplace, and other marketing platforms works and sometimes they don’t.
